We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Client Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Develop relationships with key international brokers to growth client portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies to grow profitable business and retain a healthy health portfolio
- Promote cross sell activities
- Ongoing compliance with external and internal guidelines
- Ongoing contribution to developing and refining existing processes, service levels, underwriting guidelines and policy contract wording

UNDERWRITING
- Profitable growth in the Health portfolio in line with top line and bottom line business targets
- Responsible for underwriting of business cases in accordance to established underwriting guidelines to achieve overall portfolio profitability
- Identifying and taking actions to mitigate any insurance risk
- Maintaining supporting documentation to satisfy audit requirements
- Prepare new business and renewal quotations within turnaround times
- Provide timely and quality responses to internal and external customers
- Delivering reporting for monitoring of portfolio and service levels
Requirements
- University Degree with relevant insurance papers - HI, M5, M9, ComGI
- 5 years of experience in the Health space
- Experience in managing brokers
- Key Account Manager skills
- Customer/intermediary Relationship Management
- Underwriting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong business acumen
- Meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior analytical skills
