**What the role is**

We are looking for committed, agile and energetic team players to be part of the team to drive ACRA digital transformation and build digital capabilities and governance. You will lead, develop and implement IT Governance & risk management through the development, review and compliance of policies, standards, processes and guidelines. Join us and be part of the team
**What you will be working on**
- Provide guidance to cross functional teams as a driver of IT and Data Governance, risk management and data compliance across the organisation - Develop and drive execution roadmap for enterprise information and security governance and architecture roadmap - Identify potential threats or attempted breaches to minimise vulnerabilities and risks in operating environment - Collaborate with IT and Business users to educate and ensure that the organisation’s awareness of cyber security policies, standards and guidelines and IT & Data Governance are appropriately communicated and enforced - Lead the implementation of data and IT security solutions and projects to ensure that they comply with Government Instruction Manual (ICT&SS)

**What we are looking for**
- Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. - At least 8 to 12 years’ relevant working experience as a manager of IT Governance, Security and risk management in a corporate role, and in leading Security Architecture, IT Governance and development and delivery of relevant framework, policies, standards and procedures - Have experience in operating infocomm risk, data protection and cyber security programmes - Strong Team player who is proactive, quality-conscious and results-oriented. - Able to think strategically and work independently. - Have good team leadership skills, negotiation skills and relationship management with excellent business acumen and service mindset - Strong understanding of international security standards such as ISO27001/27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, OWASP will be beneficial
