Singapore ACCURON TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED Full time

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be the key pillar for consolidated accounts for management and statutory reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely preparation of accurate monthly consolidation and commentaries for management reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and group policies;
- Prepare and review quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and multi-year plan;
- Prepare, analyse, and review the papers for the Company Board and its committees;
- Prepare regular reporting to the shareholder, including ad-hoc requests;
- Main liaison with the external auditors to address potential audit issues and/or ensure appropriate disclosure is made;
- Lead group-wide initiatives, e.g. new / revised accounting/auditing standards, Base Erosion & Profit Shifting 2.0 etc.;
- Responsible for the full set of accounts for an investment holding company;
- In charge of select entities to carry out foreign exchange hedging, source for external financing as part of Central Treasury Unit (CTU);
- Prepare the regular reporting of CTU for review/approval by Finance Director & CFO;
- Support merger and acquisition activities, including the performance of financial/ tax due diligence as well as post-acquisition integration;
- Optimise processes for efficiencies & effectiveness; and
- Any other ad-hoc projects/works assigned by the Finance Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial group reporting experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in consolidation, year-end audit process, and preparation of statutory audited accounts.
- Have a good working knowledge of management accounting and financial accounting principles/policies.
- Prior work experience in a Big 4 firm will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience using the Syteline, IBM Controller system (Cognos), or other software platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory legislation.
- Strong data-management skills and proficiency with numbers. Comfortable using IT and financial systems to perform data-driven analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with good business acumen. Able to build basic business models.
- A self-driven team player who can work independently with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Reliable, organised, and meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills. Able to work well with people across all levels.
