**Care Consultant (Customer Service Executive) - Empower Lives Through Compassionate Care**

**The Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Care Consultant (Customer Service Executive) to be the vital link between families in need and the caregivers who can support them. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful interactions, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is committed to making a positive impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and face to face —no cold calling required.
- Understand clients' home care needs and match them with suitable caregivers or trained maids for elderly care.
- Conduct interviews between employers and potential caregivers.
- Prepare caregiver profiles and manage the selection process.
- Explain regulatory requirements and agency contractual terms to employers.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups, providing counseling and mediation as needed.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and handle administrative tasks.
- 5-day work week, office hours, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Rest day on one weekday and one Sunday (*Off days are not consecutive).

**Qualifications**
- **CEI certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification before starting is acceptable**:

- Minimum diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of desk-bound work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; (Bonus: Bahasa Indonesia / Melayu to converse with MDWs from Indonesia).
- Competent in MS Word and Excel.
