**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
- Ensure that all the civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Lead the RTOs to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, the project consultants, QPs and/or SRE.
- Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works (applicable for C&S).
- Carry out checks on compaction and curing of concrete (applicable for C&S).
- Carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props (applicable for C&S).
- Carry out checks on quality & erection of precast components (applicable for C&S).
- Check on structural steel works (applicable for C&S).
- Check and assess temporary works and ERSS by the contractors to ensure that the C&S, M&E and building works are safe and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Carry out coordination of all services, help resolve contractors’ queries and provide feedback on site issues, discrepancies and irregularities to QP(S), project consultants and/or CAG.
- Lead the Civil & Structural (C&S) site supervision team and ensure all works comply with directives issued by CAG, Qualified Person (Supervision) [QP(S)], and project consultants.
- Oversee site construction activities, ensuring quality control, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor and report on construction progress and ensure timely execution of works.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues and discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience as a Civil or Geotechnical Engineer.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the design and/or supervision of large-scale infrastructure projects such as:
Cut-and-cover tunnels
Deep excavations
Ground improvement works
Instrumentation and monitoring systems

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from a university recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
- Accredited as a Resident Engineer by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of local statutory requirements, building codes, and supervision protocols in Singapore.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work on rotating or shift schedules as required by the project.
