**Job Summary**:

- Ensure that all documents are complete for invoicing and revenue recognition;
- Monitoring the recovery of outstanding debts;
- Liaising with corporate clients on outstanding bill

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow up regularly on overdue account
- Responsible in preparing, mailing and distributing of all inpatient & outpatient corporate client bills.
- Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statement;
- Assist with processing of other documentations when required;
- Identify and collect payment of overdue invoices through proactive planning, prioritization and execution of daily call cycles;
- Working closely with individual customers to determine appropriate resolution to payment issues;
- Handle debtor’s enquiries & take appropriate action to resolve issue;
- Prompt respond to the customers’ inquiries on discrepancy in pricing, missing invoices, etc;
- Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues;
- To prepare monthly report on the ageing accounts, collections & present to senior management;
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Identify and discuss with Assistant / Manager on problem / outstanding cases and the solutions;
- Ensure all documents are prepared accordingly to the department’s SOP and deadlines.
- Control overdue account in a timely manner and ensure that all the necessary actions are taken, completed/followed up and duly reported to Manager.
- Performing additional duties as and when required by Manager;
- Oversee and spearhead the debt collection process to reduce the debtors turn over days towards achieving the departmental goal while ensuring that the credit control procedures for collection is adhere to.
- Recommend accounts for provision of doubtful debts and write offs for bad debts.
- Be involved in the proceeds of all legal cases and liaise with lawyer on the progress of each case.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager / Senior Finance Manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
- Good command of English and second language (both oral & written) and strong interpersonal skills
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and under tight timeline
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment, with strong leadership and initiative, team spirit and always maintains a high level of integrity
- Able to interact with people at all levels
- High self-motivation & demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties
