**What You Will Be Doing**

Work together with the team lead on:
HR Advisory Services
- Assist clients in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with their business goals and comply with legal standards.

Work Pass Application

Payroll Processing
- Manage payroll processing activities for clients, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the collection and verification of payroll data, including hours worked, salary adjustments, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and statements to clients and relevant authorities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.

What You Should Have:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A deep-seated passion for human resources and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
