Job Posting: Calibration Gas Sales Executive

Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technical products and services? We are seeking an enthusiastic Calibration Gas Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Calibration Gas Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our range of high-quality calibration gas products and solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive the growth of calibration gas sales in the assigned territory.

Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients, including laboratories, industrial facilities, and manufacturing companies, to promote and sell our calibration gas products and related services.

Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and areas for business expansion.

Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for customers, addressing their specific requirements and delivering value-based solutions.

Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, promotions, and attend trade shows or industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Requirements**:
Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in technical sales, preferably in calibration gas, industrial gases, or related industries.

Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits to a diverse customer base.

Proven Track Record: A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to drive sales opportunities.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and win new business.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Education:In a relevant field, such as engineering, chemistry, or business, is preferred but not mandatory.
