**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the business development team.
- Assist in handling billing matters and ensuring timely processing of payments. Verify the accuracy of invoice data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate and follow up on patient-related matters in a professional and efficient manner.⁠ Address and resolve billing issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,867.00 - $2,800.00 per month
