The position reports directly to the group CFO, and can be based either in Singapore or in Manila, with hybrid attendance at either office. This position will eventually supervise one staff position. **Key Responsibilities**: - Group Consolidation and reporting - Prepare Group and Project consolidated financial statements in accordance to IFRS - Reporting to related stakeholders (Lenders, Partners, Shareholders, management). - Provide guidance to local and overseas subsidiaries on accounting and financial reporting matters - Establish Review and maintain relevant group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards. - Maintenance of the Group’s chart of accounts and legal participation structure. - Review local and oversea subsidiaries’ financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable corporate and statutory reporting requirements - Group Audit process - Lead the annual audit process for the Group and act as one of the main points of liaison with Group and component auditors, especially on technical matters. - Coordination and preparation of group audit committee meetings - Group Budget and planning - Oversee the budget and forecast process for the Group. Co-ordinate with Countries and Project Finance for budget and forecast assumptions. - Report budget control and analysis to relevant stakeholders (shareholder, management), in coordination with Project Finance. - Group Treasury coordination and Cash Flow management - As a derivative of budget and planning activity, plan for cash flow needs and prepare requests for drawdown of available lines - Coordinate Bank Authorizations at group level, review and authorise payments for Head office and other Regional Offices as per authorization matrix. - Treasury related tasks to be gradually expanded as applicable, as a potential growth area. **Requirements**: - Qualifications and knowledge base - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional qualification - Group consolidation - English language - Experience - Group consolidation of accounts under IFRS is essential - Experience in Group FP&A - Experience in renewable energy industry will be an added advantage. - Soft skills - Highest work ethic and integrity - Self-motivated with a “sense-of-urgency” and "hands-on" approach - Meticulous with a strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules. - Able to adapt to changing needs and processes to learn and grow alongside the business. - Able to work well in a team, and with people of different culture.
