As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated Marketing & Administrative Executive to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketing Support**:
- Assist in executing the firm’s marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, and content creation.
- Coordinate content for the firm’s website, newsletters, and other online channels.
- Maintain and analyse engagement metrics across digital platforms to inform strategy adjustments.
**Event Coordination**:
- Support in planning and organising firm events, client seminars, and other business development activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and venues, manage invitations, and handle event logistics.
- Monitor event budgets and provide post-event analysis and feedback.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate business records, including client lists, contacts, and mailing lists.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and organising files.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes where necessary.
- Support general office management, including maintaining inventory of marketing materials and office supplies.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Provide assistance with client touchpoints and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.
- Support the business development team in identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
**Preferred Experience & Skills**:
- **Education**:Diploma or Professional Certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, and basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and website management is a plus.
**Organisational Skills**:
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
**Communication Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
