You will be involved in every aspect of the social trading project, planning, overseeing and leading projects from tweaking the UI UX to the growth marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead social trading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources
- Responsible for the planning and construction of the social trading project and community from 0 to 100, in-depth research on industry trends and competitive product dynamics, participating in the formulation of community business phased development strategies, and formulating community product roadmap
- Formulate product iteration priority and project plan, coordinate PD, RD, QA and other departments to promote project implementation and product launch, and control the entire process of project implementation in an efficient and orderly manner
- Analyze product performance data and promptly react to user feedback to optimize the user experience.
- Plan and execute the 360 degree social trading project from end to end
- Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate constantly and quickly. Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
- Engage closely with Engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
- React to feedback from users and business team promptly and patiently to find the best product fit and boost the business result.
- Brainstorm ideas on how to recruit more copy traders for the brand, across social and digital platforms
- Keep up to date with pop culture, trends, creative communities and new technologies.
- Lead a team to monitor and respond to all user queries, feedback, topic, trends and comments from our external community
- Analyse key competitors to help activate key channel activities
- Devise social strategies, build a social media calendar, and manage content publishing across platforms.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with tech communities, open source communities, or other vertical communities.
- 5 years of working experience with Internet or financial products, has experience with independently product design and implementation of complicated business
- Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance
- Working experience as a community product PM is a plus.
- Proactively taking ownership, with strong project and resource management skills;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as there is a need of working with Chinese native speakers and English-speaking stakeholders.
