We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Intern to craft meaningful content and create marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost user engagement. The role reports directly to the Director.

Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, website copy, and other promotional materials.

Social Media Management: Help manage Eigen Energy's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the marketing team.

Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and communications efforts using various analytics tools and provide reports to assess their effectiveness.

Customer Support: Help address customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Branding: Ensure consistency in branding across different marketing materials and communications channels.

Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to the development of marketing strategies, and implement them effectively.
