- **Strategic Planning**: Create and carry out comprehensive media plans that are in line with clients’ business goals, working closely with clients, creative teams, and media partners.
- **Data Analysis and Audience Targeting**: Do a thorough analysis of data, identify target audiences, and understand their behaviors and media consumption habits to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.
- **Performance Optimization**: Use tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, keep client relationships strong, and provide detailed performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement that can be put into action.
- **Media Communication Strategy**: Work with clients and account teams to understand their business goals and marketing strategies, making sure they are aligned with performance goals.
- **Performance Campaign Development**: Collaborate closely with creative teams, clients, and consumers to develop comprehensive media strategies and campaigns that effectively integrate digital and offline channels.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize industry resources to conduct data and research analysis, providing valuable insights for strategy development.
- **Audience Targeting**: Identify target audiences, analyze their characteristics and behavior, and determine media consumption habits to optimize campaign reach.
- **Client Presentations**: Develop and present persuasive proposals to clients, clearly explaining the strategy’s rationale and expected outcomes.
- **Media and Platform Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with media and platform partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities.
- **Performance Measurement**: Use various web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the implementation and management of campaigns, ensuring they align with established strategies and goals.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate comprehensive campaign performance reports to demonstrate outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
**What we need from you?**:
- Proven expertise as a Performance Planner or in a similar role
- Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Familiarity with ad serving and web analytics tools (e.g., DART, Atlas, Google Analytics)
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; adept at handling data analysis and IT resources
