Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.Responsibilities* Develop and execute the deposits product strategy: Navigate market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to drive a product proposition in line with key business objectives.* Drive day-to-day product management: Lead the development, launch and ongoing optimization of deposit campaigns, product innovations, feature enhancements and customer journey improvements. Ensure efficient processes and controls are in place to support growth.* Drive financial performance: Monitor portfolio performance, identify opportunities and risks and execute initiatives to increase deposit balances and revenue.* Champion customer experience: Be customer obsessed, collaborate with internal stakeholders as a horizontal organisation to drive operational efficiency, develop amazing employee and customer journeys, manage risk & compliance to meet our priorities of Joyful Customers, and Fulfilled Employees.* Risk management: Appreciate and adhere to applicable regulations and internal policies while maintaining a strong understanding of risk management principles.* Embrace agility: Be flexible and adaptable to take on new or ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required.Requirements* University Degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.* Proven experience in banking product or systems/platform management.
