**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- **Market Intelligence**
Gather insights on industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability.
Provide research reports to consultants and clients to support recruitment strategy.
- **Team Support**
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Managers to deliver on client mandates.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, advertisements, and search briefs.
Support administrative tasks related to recruitment projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using online search tools, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
