F&b Gelato Captain

GelatiAmo is an emerging gelateria serving Italian gelato headed by Italian chefs with decades of experience.
- Provide support to gelato chefs by assisting the daily production of gelato and in-house bakes & pastries.
- Assist with gelato/beverage service to understand quality of gelato & bakes when served and delivered
- Maintain pleasant customer experience & engagement
- Explaining the gelato products
- Delivering / Serving the food & beverage orders
- Quality check that the items served are of standards & presentation
- Handling queries, collecting feedbacks
- Ensuring stocks of gelatos for the store and restaurants (i.e. liaison with the kitchen team)
- Maintaining stocks of the service related products (e.g. takeaway cups, cone sleeve stocks etc)
- Maintain neat and welcoming store space and product displays
- Overseeing starting and closing of the store
- Assistance of light bakes with back of house.

Requirement
- Good motivated attitude
- Attention to details, able to follow instructions, interest in gelato and bakes (e.g. tiramisu, doughnuts).
- Work with great teamwork, punctuality, and independent time management.
