Join our team as a Recruitment and Marketing Intern In this role, you will be assigned to our recruitment and lead generation department, and gain valuable insights into the processes and strategies involved in these areas.

**Duration**:6 months (May/ June to October/ November)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring lead-generation campaigns

2. Collaborate with the team in creating and implementing recruitment campaigns

3. Support the coordination of our internship program

4. Improve internship collaterals and training materials

5. Produce a marketing video for the internship program

6. Assist in improving and streamlining our current processes

7. Complete administrative tasks

**Learning Outcomes and Objectives**:
1. Gain an in-depth understanding of recruitment and lead-generation functions

2. Receive mentorship and guidance on how to plan and execute effective recruitment programs

3. Develop organisational and problem solving skills

4. Learn how to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently

5. Improved administrative skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Salary**: $1,000.00 per month
