Reporting to: Sales Manager

Job Summary
- Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the sales & marketing managers on a timely basis.
- To call on regular and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner.
- Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
- Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
- Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues and HCPs as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
- Fully cooperate with other team members (the sales manager, marketing manager, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
- Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medical-related, preferably with higher qualifications in marketing, pharmacy or medical related

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience in the aesthetic market will be preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry

**Skills**:

- Strong presentation & problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and expenses, and executing marketing plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
- Self motivated person, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
