With Doctor Anywhere driving to become a product-led organization, our Product team is responsible for shaping our product strategy, and striving to bring the best products and services to both our users and the future of Doctor Anywhere. Our team consists of passionate and talented and ambitious Product Managers and Designers who continuously evolve our products to maximize business value and improve user experience.

**The role we are hiring for**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated **Product Designer** to join our Product team to work on a large, complex system that brings innovation to healthcare. You’ll be working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Stakeholders to design solutions that would address business and user needs by considering the end-to-end experience.

This role reports directly to the Product Design Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate and conduct user research and user testing studies to understand user needs, pain points, and identify opportunities
- Explore, validate and implement innovative ideas - you will define user flows, create lo-fi and hi-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes
- Regular review of data analytics to gain customer insights and understand user behaviors
- Implement and adhere to our design processes, standards, and best practices
- Work closely with senior product designers to expand design system and component library
- Work closely with product managers and support engineering team during implementation
- Adopt an agile methodology and work with the team to develop, test, analyze and iterate the design with end objectives and key results in mind
- Suggest product or process improvements, best practices and generate new ideas

**Requirements**:

- A digital portfolio that demonstrates the design process and exhibits a good understanding of design thinking and system
- Positive attitude with a continuous passion for self-improvement
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Familiar working with design systems (preferably Figma)
- Familiar with user-centric design principles, UX methodologies and best practices
- Good communication skills (oral, written and listening) in order to articulate design issues effectively. You would also be expected to present and rationalise your design thinking through key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders
- You have a growth mindset and open to share and receive design feedback with others
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process would be an advantage
