- As the Applications Services Lead, you will plan, manage and deliver Service Management initiatives. You will provide day-to-day operation support like system maintenance, production incidents and other activities such project go-live or disaster recovery exercises.**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work with multiple stakeholders to identify potential weaknesses, threats and vulnerabilities to the middleware system.
- Provide day-to-day operation support like system maintenance, production incidents and other activities such project go-live or disaster recovery exercise.
- Manage issues with data quality (including missing/duplicate/rejected messages) and liaise with source system vendors to rectify.
- Develop or fine-tune operating procedures to improve operational efficiency, adherence to policies or industry best practices.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other teams for regular review such as user access reviews or business continuity (BCP) exercises.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree;
- Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant Project Management or ITIL Service Management certifications will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Liferay, WebLogic, JBOSS and Layer 7 API Gateway is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player
- Healthcare domain knowledge would be a great advantage
- Experience in managing heterogeneous computing environments or supporting complicated or complex Health IT solutions are highly preferred.
