**Internship Programme Objective**

This internship is offered to convert the internship programme into a full-time, stable and rewarding career. The successful internship personnel will evolve to become LCentral’s Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager.

**Internship Role**

As the Marketing Executive Intern, you are the bridge between LCentral and its appointed marketing agency and represent LCentral Head Office to our key stakeholders and enrichment centres.

You will learn, participate and contribute in the following areas:

- Digital marketing strategy
- Area marketing strategy
- Content marketing strategy
- Branding and brand positioning strategy
- Generation of marketing and promotion ideas
- Campaign set-up, activation and evaluation
- Manage social media portfolio
- Content development and copywriting

The key learning experience is to acquire hands-on experience, skills and knowledge in marketing strategy, management and system.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for marketing
- Creative and resourceful
- Good sense of design direction
- Proficient in standard English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast and eager to learn as part of an agile team
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Diploma or Degree holders
- Students and working adults are welcome to apply
