Job Title: Subsea Global Business Development Manager
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Vice President
**Job Summary**:
As the Subsea Global Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing and executing a global sales plan to increase the company's market share. You will identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensure that the company's products and services are competitive and in line with market demand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a global sales plan to increase the company's market share.
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure that the company's products and services are competitive and in line with market demand.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Provide input into the company's product development strategy.
- Travel to client locations and attend industry events as required.
**Requirements**:
- Master's / bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and / or Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar capacity within the subsea industry.
- MUST be familiar with the following:
- Surface and Subsea Products API 6A, 17D Valves, Wellhead and Christmas Trees and API 16A Well Control Products like BOP, API 16C Choke & Kill manifold cement / standpipe manifold.
- Basic Surface Safety Systems API RP 14C Wellhead control panel. Including the equipment involved in the service of oil & gas drilling and production in onshore, offshore and subsea and all the customized solutions as provided to the customers.
- ESP and PCP Systems.
- Has a proven track record of developing and executing successful global sales plans.
- Chronicle success in winning new logos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required (50% travel requirement)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Business level proficiency in mandarin (critical to job)
