Senior Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Nurse Manager (Dialysis) to join one of our clients, a leading nephrology care provider in Singapore with several dialysis centres throughout Singapore.
The Senior Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned dialysis clinic(s). You will be responsible in upholding professional standards for the nursing team. You will conduct staff performance appraisal, oversee the professional development of the nurses and optimise the use of resources in collaboration with the operations team. In addition, you will resolve patient experience matters and provide service recovery when indicated. You will collaborate with acute and community partners to facilitate seamless continuity of care for patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Solely in-charge of operations of dialysis centres to enhance the experience and quality of patient care.
- Work closely with management and clinical teammates to ensure smooth running of dialysis centres.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software, equipment and inventory of medical consumables, ensure they meet the quality assurance standards and requirements.
- Vendor management and ensure timely supplies of consumables
- Ensure smooth processes in reviewing and admission of patients.
- Ensure high operational efficiency in our client's company.
- Participate in quality improvement/management initiatives/projects
- Be highly involved in the business and operational expansion plans of our client
- Oversee and provide guidance of a team of administrative staff
- Additional operational related support as required by our client
**Requirements**:
- Registration with SNB
- Bachelor’s of Nursing with at least 5 years' experience in Nurse Manager role.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work independently
- Resourceful, possesses good analytical and organisational skills, strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- May occasionally be required to work outside office hours due to operational requirements
