**Key Responsibilities and Activities**:
Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day site activities to meet project objectives.
Implement and monitor the overall project schedule execution, address deviations, and ensure project compliance.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors,workersand site personnel.
Ensure that construction activities adhere to approved designs, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues or potential delays.
Manage and coordinate resources including materials and equipment to optimize utilization efficiency.
Liaise with project stakeholders (clients, engineers, architects) and provide progress updates.
Maintain familiarity with local safety management regulations.
- Rigorously enforce on-site health and safety standards as well as safe and civilized construction practices.
Prepare and submit site progress reports and documentation to the project management team.
- Participate in bids and tenders.

- Demonstrate a proactive approach with detail-oriented management to ensure operational foresight and precision.
**Technical Competencies**:
Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations.
Ability to interpret and execute construction plans and technical drawings.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD).
Expertise in managing construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
**Skills & Knowledge**:
Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Formal Education:
Master or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in leading site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing construction schedules and budgets.
