Preschool Principal

**Requirements**:

- A recognised Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) \ Diploma in Early Childhood Centre and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), or it's equivalent recognised by ECDA.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English (Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff).
- At least 2 Years(s) of working experience in the Child Care/Pre-School setting is required for this position.
- *This is an infant care centre where you will be in charge of children from 2 months to 18 months of age._
- Work together with the management team to provide leadership, monitoring, support, and coaching to the teachers while maintaining harmonious relationships with parents.
- Responsible for programme planning, and assuming functioning day-to-day operation of the centre.
- Work within the Centre's policies, philosophy and procedures.
- Management and delivery of quality curriculum and activities to ensure children's developmental needs are met.
- Help and assist in managing parts of the centre's operational, administrative, human resources, accounts tasks to ensure things are done in a smooth and effective manner.

**Salary**: $3,600.00 - $4,200.00 per month
