Draftman/woman

Responsibilities:
Preparation of Architectural Designs and Drawings in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD/Solidworks

Capability to use FEA (Finite Element Analysis)

Develop and prepare interior drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications

Well-versed in computer-assisted design and drafting workstations

Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project

Check and verify that the design drawings conform to specifications and design data

Ability to multi-task, prioritization and time management

Able to work independently and complete the drafting in the time frame given.

Able to use Sketchup, Lumion or other drafting software

**Salary**: $1,200 - $1,600 per month
