Senior Assistant Manager, Resident Outreach

**Overview**
As a Senior Assistant Manager, Community Health in RHS Office, you will be required to develop and strengthen community partnerships and stakeholder engagement to enable residents to receive holistic and synergistic care in the community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize and maintain good community relations and engagement;
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships and initiatives to support residents together with community partners;
- Oversee and manage the constituency engagement;
- Develop strategic plans for outreach of services;
- Ensure strong presence in the community through various channels such as corporate website and social medial platform; and
- Carry out projects and assignments as and when assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Possess a degree (preferably in business or social sciences)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with at a least 3 years in supervisory role, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in strategic planning, community engagement, corporate outreach and/or business development in healthcare industry or public/civil service would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in regional health and/or community engagement work would be considered favourably
- An ability to work with all levels, and influence behaviours to get work done
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects with mínimal supervision
