NorthEast Singapore PRISM+ Full time

Responsible for all aspect of finance related matters managed by Singapore:

- Work closely with different internal functions to provide financial support and ensure timely and accurate reporting of all accounting activities
- Drives and executes the Month End Closing process
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation and Balance sheet schedules
- Review monthly GST return report and identify any variance, and perform GST submissions quarterly
- Prepares monthly financial reporting to management
- Ensures timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for Full-Timers & Offshore staffs and compute employees’ remuneration/claims for leavers and other off-cycle payments
- Verifies and checking overtime & allowance and any monthly payroll adjustments and rectify any discrepancy
- Processes and provides final salary information for Form IR21 submission for foreign employee’s tax clearance.
- Prepare and verifies corporate commission quarterly
- Prepares, verifies and processes monthly declarations to CPF
- Prepare and submit yearly Form IR8A for all employees
- Assist in liaising with external parties like external auditors, tax agents and government authorities Requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by the management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills (Proficient in vlookup, pivot)
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous, independent, organized, pro-active, team player
