**The Job**

We are seeking an innovative, creative, and community-centric Marketing Executive with proven ability to assist in our marketing campaigns and global growth.

**Who We Are**

Founded in 2012, XM Studios is a Singapore-based global design studio that specialises in the creation of handcrafted luxury art collectibles. XM Studios is recognised frequently by various international industry bodies as one of the best design houses in the pop culture collectibles space, having scooped up numerous awards from community-led events such as the Statue Forum Awards. XM Studios was the winner of Singapore's Emerging Enterprise Award and was previously awarded Product of the Year by Disney and Most Innovative Product by Warner Bros. Discovery.

Current intellectual property licenses include Disney (Marvel, Mickey & Friends), Warner Bros. Consumer Products (DC: Batman, DC: Justice League, Looney Tunes, Wizarding World, Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo, The Great Gatsby), Hasbro (G1 Transformers, Beast Wars), Toho (Godzilla), Tsuburaya (Ultraman), Top Cow and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging in analytics to provide insights and improvement actions for all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Management of key-opinion-leaders (KOLs) and product reviewers
- Developing evergreen and tactical content on the XM Studios website
- Improving website Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Provide marketing support for e-commerce and marketplace activities.
- Managing the preparation of pre-order marketing assets for launches
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and projects aligned with global marketing strategy and brand image.
- Assisting the Manager or Head of Department in advertising and PR activities
- Social media platform management, including the drafting and publishing of posts
- Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Produce clear, well-written communications in the form of website content, product descriptions and articles.
- Produce social media content that resonates with audience segments.
- Work closely with in-house and/or external creative agencies to develop marketing materials.
- Lead and coordinate marketing operations to maximise products exposure.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields: Toys/Collectibles, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Marketing, Merchandise, Fashion, Pop Culture
- Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Basic Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva skills
- Basic video/reel editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Experience with Chinese social media platforms is preferred
- Experience in using Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Experience in using Facebook Ads and Business Manager
- Experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Wordpress
- Strong project management, multitasking, and creative skills
- Comfortable with working in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality
- Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing or relevant field.
