Job Requirement:
Fluent in English (Additional Chinese language to communicate with customer from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong) written and spoken.

Minimum 2 years operations background such as air freight and ocean freight (FCL, LCL).

Solid knowledge of Air and Ocean freight for Import, Export, Cross-Trade and general logistics industry and market knowledge.

Good communicational and interpersonal skills.

Team player.

**Job Description**:
Taking care of the sales support/indoor sales support for local customer

Attending daily request related to Air & Ocean Freight (Import or Export) and issuing quotations from A-Z incl. project and cross trade inquiries (drop shipments).

Construct solutions respectively competitive pricing for project inquiries as oversize cargo, utilize of container space, RFQ’s as well cross boarder trucking SG-MY.

Handling Operations & support of the Sales personal on daily requests if required.

Handling of inquiries for some Key-Accounts related to Oil/Drilling & Gas industry and furniture trading company located in Singapore

Monitoring of oversea request and issuing quotations if required

Assistance of the General Manager/Singapore Operations who is overlooking the customer service and sales support.
