We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Quality Processes) to support project supervision, execution and quality assurance activities. This individual will coordinate project tasks, internal & external surveys, assist with documentation, and ensure all processes meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities across departments and trades, keeping pace with project schedules.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality processes in production and in documentation.
- Maintain processes documentation, audit records, and compliance reports.
- Facilitate quality audits and help address non-conformance issues.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives through production surveys, observations, and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to review, validate, and uphold process standards.
- Assist in training team members on updated quality procedures and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Preferably with experience in aluminium shipbuilding and relevant QA/QC practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
