**Analytics Consultant**
The incumbent heads the analytics team and leads the business through all efforts that drive business performance and understand cutting-edge analytic technologies.
**Duties**
- Find innovative ways to impact business through new data driven approaches and addressing business issues in a proactive manner.
- Developing recommendations designed to streamline operations and boost profits and support organization’s long-term strategy.
- Implementing new procedures and lead, manage and coach the analytics team.
- Create forecasts and actionable recommendations for business decisions.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to gauge the success of recommended changes.
- Develop insights-based presentations from analytics and present internally & support external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Consult and engage with clients to unlock business value through analytics transformation initiatives.
- Ability to deliver on site technical engagements and professional service proposals and solutions to clients.
- Ability to understand broader business context and identify points of connectivity to client needs.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of analytics capabilities and experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives that drive useful insights and improvement of business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science discipline is preferred.
- Certification in Adobe Analytics Architect, Business Practitioner is compulsory
- Solid technical proficiency, especially relating to server architecture and development, systems integration and/or Business Application.
- Technical knowledge with business acumen and ability to understand complex business problems and offer analytic driven approaches and solutions.
- Strong skills in presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
