**Job Description Summary**:
The Vice President, International Cybersecurity Risk will manage oversight of APAC, EMEA & LATAM Cyber Risk & Regulatory requirements, International Board engagement and Security updates & briefings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead regional CISOs and oversee international information security consulting
- Regulatory engagement and response management
- Compliance validation
- Regional entity engagement and coordination with global
- Local risk assessments/analysis with input to global
- Support PayPal brand of Security internationally
- Liaise with International PayPal Officers to ensure regional compliance for cyber security standards & requirements

**Leadership & Strategy**: Influence, develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Provide leadership and direction for the security team and initiatives.

**Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks. Implement and manage strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's information assets.

**Security Programs**: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of security programs, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. Ensure continuous improvement of security processes and practices.

**Compliance & Governance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Transformation Initiatives**: Lead transformation efforts pertaining to regional initiatives & objectives, continuous improvement and innovation

**Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with senior leadership, officers, government & regulatory bodies and technology stakeholders, internally and externally to drive alignment and support

**Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 16 years of experience in risk & compliance, regulatory and cybersecurity policies and best practices, with a proven track record of leading globally matrixed teams.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and influencing capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at the C-Suite and company officer level
