**Qlik Platform Engineer**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qlik Platform Support Engineer with proficiency in.NET development and expertise in creating interactive dashboards. As a Qlik Platform Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our bank's analytics workload and large business user community. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Qlik platform, developing custom.NET solutions, and designing intuitive dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
- Provide technical support and administration for the Qlik platform, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the Qlik environment, performing regular monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user requirements, resolve issues, and optimize platform functionality
- Develop custom.NET solutions and integrations to enhance the capabilities of the Qlik platform and enable seamless data integration with other systems
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data visualization and user experience design to deliver intuitive and impactful solutions
- Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support
- Create technical documentation, including system configurations, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the analytics capabilities within the bank

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Qlik Platform Support Engineer, supporting and administering Qlik Sense or QlikView
- Strong.NET development skills, experience in C# and related frameworks f will be considered a benefit
- Proficiency in designing and developing interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense or QlikView
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment with a large user community and analytics workload is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL, database management systems, and data warehousing concepts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment
