Site Manager

**As a Site Manager, you will assist to be a representative for all relationships with local authorities, Customer, subcontractors or vendors for matters linked to site activities. Assisting in site activities in compliance with rules, procedures, project management documents and obligations (targets, milestones)**

**The site manager will assist to ensure a proper formalization, coordination and communication with all concerned parties at site (Customer, Subcontractor(s), Sublet(s), Vendor(s), and site staff) and out of the site.**

**Job Role/Responsibilities**:

- Prior to construction phase, participate to the selection and pre-qualification of contractors; prepare or revises work package technical documents for inquiry; review and validate contractor technical proposals; Make necessary preparation for site works prior site opening
- Support to monitor and control the construction/commissioning activities and work performed by the Construction/commissioning Supervisors;
Safety, Health, Environment and security:

- Support to ensure to get proposer implementation of company’s HSE policy and plan by Subcontractor(s)
- Animate and co-ordinate HSE activities: define and up-date the Site Safety Plan, ensures the compliance with its requirements; take corrective actions and follow-up on the treatment of accidents and/or unsafe situations following safety audits; have the authority to notify any contractor to immediately suspend its work or part of its work if the hazard in question constitutes a serious and immediate threat to the safety of persons or property;
Quality Control:

- Support to ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control on site:, ensure compliance with its requirements; perform quality inspections; open, control and follow-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies; take corrective actions and follow-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies following quality audits etc.
- Ensures preparation activities such as, defining and up-dating the CCMP and ITP

Construction Activities:

- Support to ensure to setup the tools and organization in order to identify and estimate continuously the available workfront on each discipline (design, resources, material, access)
- Support to duly delivery weekly report with accurate information and data of execution and complete status on site HSE, construction/commissioning schedule, quality control, and etc.

Site Subcontract administration:

- Assist to receive, review and reply to change orders
- Assist to review, check and approve sublet-subcontractors proposed by subcontractors

Construction budget and cost Control:

- Support in records, follow and control of Menhours at site: department Menhours Actual vs Budget, Subcontractor(s) Menhours Actual vs Budget etc.
- Support to monitor vendor Menhours Actual VS budget in construction budget and cost budget

Construction scheduling and planning / progress reporting:

- Participate in site weekly meetings,
- Participates to the Monthly Project Review & Steering Committee, with Project and operation,
- Support to ensures that the procedures for construction works progress measurement are correctly implemented,
- Assist to verify that the construction activities are executed and coordinated according to the construction strategies and that the scheduled targets, in term of progress, are achieved,

Field Engineering:

- Collect regular update of the main quantities for the executive project (Piling quantity, concrete volume for the main foundations, welding workload, piping quantities, supports quantities, E&I schedule, I/O, etc.., )
- Support to ensure that the availability at site of the approved for construction drawings, complies with activity schedule, and interface with Project team in order to correct any observed deviation

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering (chemical / mechanical / civil) or above;
- At least 10 years experience in site construction and/or commissioning; with past experience in APAC and on greenfield (O&G or Chemical) projects
- At least 5 year experience as Site manager
- Significant experience in O&G or Chemical industry
- Brownfield project experience is a plus, more over Demolition experience is a plus
- Past experience as Site manager in Major International Contractor is a plus
- Part experience on TCN, ASU, APSA projects would be a plus

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
