Mechnical Specialist

**Additional Information**:

- Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Work location at Jurong with 2-way transport provided at Jurong East MRT
- Basic + Allowance + AWS + Bonus
- European MNC, Chemical Manufacturing Plant

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage emergency repairs of production equipments.
- Provide redesign and improvements to equipment.
- Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), conduct investigation, create solutions and take full ownership of the report, including coordinating/ follow-up investigation with team member.
- Lead repairs, improvement project implementation and liaise with vendors/contractors.
- Lead spare parts management and annual inventory stock-count.
- Compile and monitor equipment reliability action tasks execution and completion then analyze and optimize.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant trade certificates.
- At least 5 years of experience in a process plant with maintenance experience.
- Good verbal and written coummuncations.
- Knowledge of mechanical process systems.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skill.
