**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Proactive Services**:

- Generate and review quarterly reports on license usage and inactive users.
- Conduct user permissions and group membership audits.
- Manage license allocation and monitor distribution.

**Reactive Support**:

- Administer and troubleshoot:
O365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Support mailbox and user access issues.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., provisioning accounts, license assignments, deactivation).
- Maintain and support Azure AD / Entra, AD Connect, and SSO (ADFS with O365).

**Security & Endpoint**:

- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
- Implement and support Azure Defender for Endpoint.
- Ensure compliance with security standards:
**Key Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in M365 Administration
- 1+ years of experience in O365 troubleshooting, onboarding of user
- 1+ years of experience in Azure endpoint
