**STAFF NURSE (ORTHOPAEDIC)**
**Working Hours**: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat: 8:30am - 12:30pm)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **comprehensive nursing care**during **orthopaedic imaging procedures**(X-ray, MRI, CT scans).
- **Assist with patient preparation**, ensuring proper positioning and comfort during imaging, and **monitor vital signs**throughout procedures.
- **Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams**, including radiologists and orthopaedic specialists, to ensure seamless patient care and accurate documentation of patient records.
- Administer **medications and treatments**as prescribed, and assist in **orthopaedic surgeries and procedures**, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- **Educate patients and families**on **health management**, **post-operative care**, and **radiology procedures**.
- Maintain a **safe, sterile environment**, adhering to **infection control protocols**.
- **Assist with OT appointment bookings**, **insurance claims**, and **MediSave processing**.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of care plans with an emphasis on **holistic, patient-centered care**.
- Ensure compliance with **healthcare regulations**, **quality standards**, and **best practices**.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing**from an accredited institution.
- **2-3 years of experience**in **orthopaedic nursing**or **diagnostic imaging**.
- **Valid Nursing Registration**with the **Singapore Nursing Board**.
