**What the role is**
- You play an important role in the implementation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure for one of the Home Team agencies, Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB), ensuring the operational readiness of CNB at all times.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for operations and maintenance of Narcotics ICT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain security monitoring and detection tools.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions that are cost effective and meet operational requirements.
- Procure the identified solutions by putting up budget papers and technical specifications.
- Plan and manage the progress and budget of projects and resolve arising issues to ensure the timely completion of the projects as scheduled.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the vendors engaged for the projects to ensure their contractual and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and to take appropriate corrective actions in cases of poor performance.
- Remediate cybersecurity audit findings relating to Narcotics networks and ICT infrastructure and ensure compliance with Government policies.
- Implement data security measures as recommended by Public Service Data Security Review Committee to enhance data security.

**What we are looking for**
- Job Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Security by Design or its equivalent.
- Five (5) years or more of relevant work experience, preferably in enterprise IT, server and network infrastructure, mobile/wireless technology, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and cloud security.
- Prior experience working in data centres and security operation rooms will be an added advantage.
- Possess relevant industry certifications like MCSA, MCSE, RHCE, AZ-104, CISSP or CISM
- Possess crisis leadership and project management skills.
- Possess strong analytical and trouble-shooting abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project simultaneously.
- Possess good written, presentation and communication skills.
- Certification in Project Management and/or ISMS or equivalent will be an added advantage.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
