Customade Costume & Merchandise is a one-stop solution for all your costuming needs. The company provides a range of professional costuming services such as customizing unique costumes and mascots, mascot cleaning, and maintenance.

We are looking for a Fabric Procurement & Operation Executive to join our team.

**What you will do day today**:

- Assist Departments in fulfilling their materials & fabric requirements based on projects.
- Organizing and sorting out material delivery dates based on the project deadline between Head office( Singapore) & Production (Batam).
- Perform multi-party inquiry and price comparison according to purchase requirements, and submit inquiry analysis report.
- Implement and improve the cost reduction and control plan.
- Organize returns or claims for quality problems of purchased items, do a good job in the management of the supplier's supply quality, and do payment and claims in accordance with the terms of the contract.
- Draw up, sign, and execute purchasing contracts or orders, and implement specific purchasing procedures, including logistics management.
- Have independent learning and research capabilities.
- Supplier management and development.
**What you will need**:

- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
- Some understanding of the têxtile materials of clothing.
- Familiar with the procurement business process (1688 or Alibaba Taobao platforms, Shopee, etc).
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and cost awareness.
Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, lively and cheerful personality, and strong team spirit.
- Have good professional ethics and accomplishments, able to withstand certain work pressure.
- Strong customer project management and execution capabilities.
- Must not have worked in similar job scope.
