About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. 1. Oversee the product strategy, roadmap and user journey experience of TikTok LIVE products. 2. Partner with internal R&D teams, Regional Operations team, and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver a compelling roadmap that fulfills the product vision. 3. Build general functions and set up relevant measurement standards that cater to different business scenarios, ensuring consistent user experience by monitoring key business impacts. 4. Improve the rationality of the TikTok Livestream product system architecture and provide timely and efficient tool support for the livestream operations business through forward-looking modular and configurable design. 5. Responsible for upgrading and optimizing the user/platform products to enhance the platform's capability in improving end-user experience, operation efficiency, system stability, meeting external stakeholder's requirement, and reducing cost etc. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree or higher education with 6 years of experience within Online Products/Product Strategy/Algorithms resolution; additional preference for product experience in security, risk control, anti-fraud, and product strategy. - Possess at least 3 years of experience in livestreaming products and possess advanced understanding of competitors' product development. - Possess high data sensitivity, utilize data to quickly discover possible risks, locate the cause(s), provide solutions, and verify the results. - Excellent English written, verbal, and professional communication skills - Prior experience leading an international product team in developing livestream specific products.
