Deputy Director (Airport Economic Regulation), AER Division

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Director/ Airport Economic Regulation, you will provide oversight to teams working on regulatory policies to ensure that Singapore remains a competitive, innovative, sustainable, and resilient air hub.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading and guiding teams to develop a framework to assess the value chain within the Singapore air hub, including but not limited to the financial performance of key aviation entities, and the financial sustainability of the Singapore Air Hub.
- Leading and guiding teams to ensure the resilience of key aviation entities through the development, review, and effective implementation of governance mechanisms and regulatory frameworks.
- Leading and guiding teams to support Changi’s development as a competitive, innovative, and sustainable air hub, through the development and implementation of price regulatory frameworks and other regulatory mechanisms,
- Leading and guiding teams to support the development financing frameworks for Changi East developments.
- Leading the team in effective collaboration, communication and engagement with key stakeholders, including other Government agencies, and industry.
- Supervision and development of officers within the Airport Economic Regulation division.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent analytical, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing and communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- At least five years of experience leading teams.
