Our client is a rapidly expanding Singapore based Startup Studio focused on automation & roboticsfor F&B, is rapidly expanding. They’re a Startup Studio that is redefining the accessibility and distribution of food and drink with robotics and automation.

We are looking for a mechanical design engineer with at least 3 years of work experience who will be responsible for creating and developing mechanical systems and components for a food-making robot.
This includes conducting research, designing and drafting plans, testing and evaluating prototypes, and implementing and refining designs based on feedback and performance data. Note that this is a fully on-site role, so remote or hybrid work will not be permitted.
- Conducting research and analysis to understand the functional and performance requirements of the food-making robot we’re developing and coming up with appropriate design solutions.
- Developing detailed mechanical designs and technical drawings, using CAD

software and other tools, to create functional and efficient mechanical

systems and components
- Collaborating with other mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software

engineers to integrate mechanical designs into larger systems and ensure compatibility and performance.
- Testing and evaluating prototypes, using various tools and techniques, to assess their performance and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Implementing and refining designs based on feedback and performance data and working with manufacturers to ensure that designs can be effectively and efficiently produced.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus oncreating and developing mechanical systems and components.
- Proficiency with CAD software and other design tools, such as SolidWorks,and Inventor.
- Ability to prototype designs, assemble and test them.
- Experience with control systems (Arduino, stepper motors, sensors, encoders) in robotics products is a huge plus.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including materials, stress analysis, and manufacturing processes.
