**Introduction**
This role is to support the hiring activities and is responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. Partnering with the business, the individual will develop relationships with business leaders and provide consultative recruiter support to deliver a comprehensive and value added service.
**Your Job**
- Manage talent acquisition activities including all requisitions and hiring related processes of Non-Operator hirings (General Admin & Support, Production, Engineering & Technicians, Sales).
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels (including social media), prescreening & assessing, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need.
- Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required
- Manage relationships with HR business partners and business leaders.
- Participate in projects and programs as assigned, and support continuous improvement efforts where required
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 years' experience in sourcing and recruitment for junior to senior level positions at high volume
- Prior working experience in an engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferred
- Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Taleo
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate end-to-end talent lifecycle experience to meet business needs, including: researching, sourcing, talent pooling, process design, assessment techniques including behavioral based interviewing and hiring of key talent.
- Discreet in handling confidential information

- Possess strong interpersonal communications and stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity
- Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
