As a Store Manager at MADLY, you will manage the sales and design team of Madly Singapore and be in charge of the overall client servicing. You will get to showcase your amazing team management and client servicing skills and will get to enjoy the recognition that comes from working at the very highest level

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for client facing sales role in our cutting edge flagship studio at Ann Siang Road, Singapore
- Manage the front of house team: sales people and designers
- Establish and manage great relationships with clients of all levels.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Maintain, manage and develop the sales administration workflow.
- Manage and develop VIP loyalty program
- Improve the service standards and customers’ experience
- Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Plan and execute sales activation activities such as events, workshops etc.
- Make sure all clients’ projects are moving forward and finish products match our high standards
- Work hands in hands with Madly Operations team and Madly Marketing team when it comes to execution of projects and sales campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing personality with EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native level command of the English language (written and spoken) along with conversational Mandarin being a bonus
- Minimum of 5-10 years in a related or equivalent position in the luxury industry.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
