Gf - Finance Reporting Lead Analyst - Vice President

Financial and regulatory reporting team lead responsible for managing finance reporting analysts in the preparation, analysis and review of reports and ensuring submissions of reports according to local regulatory reporting requirement and accounting standard. **Responsibilities**: - Review of MAS/SGX reporting, statistics and surveys data and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirement - Manage MAS Notice 637 Risk Based Capital Pillar 1 and 3 - Review of annual statutory account and assist in audit process - Drive automation of regulatory reporting processes and eliminate EUCs - Acts as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members - Instill operational discipline into existing team processes - Provide oversight over outsourced functions covering accruals, month-end accounting entries, allocations, financial and management reporting - Continuously strengthening control environment and identify area for improvements **Qualifications**: - At least 10 years of relevant experience, in a bank, financial services or an accounting firm and managerial role experience - Exhibit a strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and MAS regulatory reporting. - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Proven organizational and time management skills - Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
