**Full Stack Developer**

**Work Location**: Downtown core, Singapore

**About the Role**:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience from the front-end to the back-end of our digital platforms. We are in search of a multifaceted professional who can seamlessly integrate both client-side and server-side development.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience across our digital platforms.
- Front-End Mastery: Craft intuitive and responsive user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Security Protocols: Prioritize the security of both front-end and back-end components, implementing best practices to safeguard user data and system integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Adopt Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, creating comprehensive tests for both client-side and server-side functionalities.
- Collaborative Development: Engage in code review sessions, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain the highest coding standards.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in full-stack development, exploring new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
- Ethical Coding Standards: Uphold the highest coding ethics, ensuring transparency, reliability, and integrity in all development processes.
- Project Reporting: Regularly report on project progress and status, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of any developments or challenges.
- Time Management: Maintain accurate timesheets and attendance records, ensuring transparency and accountability in work hours.
- Remote Work: Possess the ability and discipline to work remotely, ensuring consistent communication and productivity regardless of location.
- Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of project experience in full-stack development.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Proficiency in backend using languages and frameworks like meteor in node.js, ngrok in python, Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with mobile app development for platforms like iOS (Swift) and Android (Java, Kotlin) is a plus.
- Database Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.
- API Development:

- Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL is a bonus.
- Cloud Platforms:

- Experience working with cloud services from providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
- Development Methodologies:

- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Security:

- Performance Optimization:

- Skills in optimizing both frontend and backend components for performance, including caching, code splitting, and database optimization.
