**Role and Responsibilities**

As an E-Commerce Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

- **E-Commerce Store Management**:Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on popular e-commerce platforms such as Carousell, Lazada, Shopee, and our brand website. Assist in monthly sales campaigns
- **Operational Support**:Manage day-to-day operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and logistics. Respond to customer queries in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- **Product and Competitor Research**:Conduct research to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- **Administrative Assistance**:Support the team with daily administrative tasks. Learn the features, functions, and metrics of each platform marketplace. Understand fulfilment operations, including processing and packing orders correctly.

**Requirements**:

- Open to polytechnic and university students, as well as fresh graduates.
- Interest in beauty, business, or e-commerce is a plus but not a must.
- Must be meticulous, punctual, independent, and adaptable.
- Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English.

**Location**: Sengkang

**Commitment**: Full-time for at least three months

**Start Date**: Immediate/July/August

**Working Hours**: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
