**Job Summary**:
The HR Manager for our Food & Beverage establishment will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. This role will work closely with department managers to ensure that the staffing needs of the organization are met, employees are engaged and motivated, and all HR policies are followed to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions tailored to each role.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires.

**2. Employee Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs for new employees, including orientation and role-specific training.
- Ensure ongoing training for staff, focusing on customer service, health & safety, food handling, and product knowledge.
- Foster employee development and assist in career path planning for team members.

**3. Employee Relations**:

- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and work closely with management to ensure open communication with staff.
- Ensure the enforcement of company policies, rules, and regulations in a consistent manner.

**4. Performance Management**:

- Oversee performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, ensuring proper follow-up on development goals.Identify areas for improvement and work with management to provide corrective actions or further training.

**5. Compensation and Benefits**:

- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, vacation, etc.) and provide support regarding inquiries or issues.

**6. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that the F&B establishment complies with all local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support safety training and ensure proper health and safety protocols are followed within the workplace.

**7. Employee Engagement and Retention**:

- Develop programs and initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
- Implement employee recognition and incentive programs to reward outstanding performance.

**8. HR Administration**:

- Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.Generate HR-related reports (turnover, recruitment statistics, etc.) for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of HR management experience, ideally in the F&B industry.
- Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance in the F&B industry.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
- The HR Manager will be expected to be hands-on, working closely with employees and managers to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
